d.school AI Works in Progress, for Progress

The d.school is cooking up some exciting new AI-supported tools to make learning more dynamic, hands-on, and fun! Whether you're exploring new concepts, sharpening your skills, or reflecting, these tools are here to support your journey. But they're still works in progress - and we'd love your feedback to make them even better.

One of our latest creations, Scopey, helps set up your design work for success—because even the best ideas need a solid starting point. We built Scopey to tackle a common question: How do I actually use human-centered design in my work? Think of it like a design coach - helping you clarify your goals, define your problem space, and figure out where to apply design to real world challenges. So go ahead—take it for a spin and let us know what you think!

Talk to Scopey

Note: Scopey utilizes LLMs (like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.). These generative AI tools have limitations and biases, and also built-in guardrails that may steer the conversation away from perceived controversial topics. As a result, the responses provided may be incomplete or skewed, particularly in addressing complex topics such as race, equity, and social justice. We encourage users to approach the tool's outputs thoughtfully and consider them as one perspective among many.

Scopey was created by Stanford University's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (aka the d.school) [dpro@dschool.stanford.edu] in partnership with Enchatted.
